Truck & Site Constraints
Whichever stacking limit is most restrictive — max stack height, max crates per stack, or how high the forklift's forks can reach to get under the top crate — is applied. DOT axle-weight distribution isn't calculated here — even under total payload, keep heavier crates centered over the trailer's axles and spread weight front-to-back, not all at the nose or tail.
Tube Groups
Add one group per tube size/material. Each group is packed into its own crates, then all crates are loaded onto trucks together.
Generic / Miscellaneous Crates
Anything else riding on the same truck that isn't a tube bundle — tools, spare parts, hardware, blocking. Enter its weight directly; it's checked against the forklift and folded into the same loading plan.
